Our warehouse team is the backbone of our success — and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations across receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse flow.
Position Overview
As a Warehouse Associate at Supership, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our fulfillment center accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. Depending on daily business needs, you may support inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, kitting, quality checks, staging, or returns-related workflows. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership and team members across multiple functions to help ensure client orders and inventory are handled with speed, care, and accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Support
· Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Assist with kitting, bundle assembly, promotional builds, and special projects as assigned.
· Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, transfers, and other inventory movement tasks.
· Help prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup according to daily priorities and cutoffs.
Accuracy & Process Compliance
· Use barcode scanners, barcode systems, digital tools, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to complete tasks accurately.
· Follow client-specific instructions, SOPs, packing standards, and warehouse workflows.
· Flag damaged goods, quantity discrepancies, missing information, or process issues to a supervisor right away.
· Help maintain accurate inventory locations and product organization during daily work.
Flexibility & Team Support
· Move between inbound, outbound, and general warehouse tasks based on operational needs.
· Support cycle counts, rework, relabeling, returns processing, and urgent orders when needed.
· Assist with cleanup, restocking supplies, and resetting workstations between tasks.
· Participate in cross-training to improve team flexibility during peak periods and absences.
Safety, Cleanliness & Organization
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
· Handle products, carts, pallet jacks, scanners, and supplies with care.
· Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards, equipment issues, or incidents promptly.
· Return tools, materials, and supplies to proper locations at the end of each shift.
Performance & Accountability
· Contribute to team KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, timeliness, and quality.
· Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
· Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability in daily attendance and performance.
· Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1–2 years of either retail, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
· Familiarity with barcode scanners, barcode systems, retail and/or warehouse management systems is an asset.
· Basic computer skills, including comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar platforms.
· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
· Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and dependability.
