Overview
Diversified Staffing Services, Alberta's leading staffing agency is looking for Dishwashers for upcoming temporary assignments. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and sanitized.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly after cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and surrounding floors.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold sanitation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment or facilities to management promptly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.

- Reliable transportation- not transit accessible
- Be available for the following shifts; Friday June 5th 10am - 6pm or 12pm - 8pm
This is a temporary opportunity with potential for more shifts next week and in the future.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
