Repeat Clean is building Vancouver’s top-tier residential cleaning team — and we’re hiring 2–3 exceptional professionals. Our service area is in all of Greater Vancouver.
This is long-term, flexible contract work. This job is for a person with a commitment to exceptional professionalism and who has professional experience, not your average house cleaner. Exceptional professionalism includes showing up on time, being reliable, responsive, having a stellar attitude, and a commitment to self-improvement, technical expertise, efficiency, and mastery of cleaning a home, as well as following instructions, and being easy to manage. We hire rockstars who make our operations easy for us.
You set your availability, we fill it. We handle bookings, sales, marketing costs, payments and all-day customer support — you just focus on delivering 5-star service to your clients on your preferred schedule.
It's not guaranteed hours, rather, we send you as many clients as we can until your preferred schedule is full.

A Day on the Job:
- Get notified about jobs
- Show up within your arrival window and clock in
- Clean using the provided checklist
- Get reviews, tips, and repeat bookings
- Enjoy breaks or finish after one job — it varies
- Paid out a couple days later via Stripe or E-transfer
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional residential house cleaning experience
- You are ok with letting your schedule fill up over time, not guaranteed full-time hours right away
- Your own vehicle
- Are ok with a minimum job length of 2 hours (your day may consist of 1 long job sometimes and a couple shorter jobs sometimes, depending on your availability.)
- No criminal record
- Your own cleaning supplies and professional-grade vacuum
- Fluent in English, punctual, and professional
- Physically fit (this is hands-on work)
- Comfortable using an app for job details and scheduling
- Able to work independently
- Smart phone with data plan
- Capable of completing:
- Standard, deep, and move-out cleans
- Add-ons (fridge, oven, laundry, dishes — paid extra)
Not a Fit If You:
- Ghost, cancel last minute, make up excuses, or avoid accountability. Emergencies happen, but good workers who make things easy for the office get the best working conditions.
- Can't follow basic, bare minimum instructions
- Don't have any professional experience, or your own cleaning supplies already (including vacuum)
- Want a short-term gig
- Are looking for full-time hours immediately
- Can't drive to jobs or have very limited availability
- Are not technology proficient or familiar with the English language
- Have a bad attitude
- Can’t handle a little variability in your schedule early on- it won't start full-time.
