We are seeking an experienced Global Record-to-Report (R2R) Process Owner to lead and govern end-to-end R2R operations within a large-scale global Finance Managed Services environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, compliance, process standardization, transformation, and client satisfaction across multiple global delivery locations.
The successful candidate will serve as the functional leader for R2R operations, partnering with senior finance executives, leading geographically dispersed teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic finance leader who combines deep accounting expertise with strong stakeholder management, operational governance, and transformation experience

Lead and oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report process across multiple global delivery centers.

Drive consistency, standardization, and governance across key finance processes including General Ledger, Journal Entries,
-
Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.

Partner with senior client stakeholders, including Controllers, Finance Directors, and CFO organizations, to provide operational updates, business insights, and strategic recommendations.

Monitor operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments while proactively managing risks and escalations.

Lead global teams across multiple regions and time zones, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, digitization, and operational excellence.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Develop executive dashboards, governance reporting, and performance scorecards to provide visibility into operational health and business outcomes.

Partner with technology teams to implement workflow enhancements, automation solutions, reconciliation tools, and reporting capabilities.

Identify opportunities to improve close cycle times, reconciliation effectiveness, productivity, and overall finance service delivery performance.

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional accounting designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting operations.

5+ years of experience leading global Record-to-Report (R2R) functions.

Experience managing Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Managed Services, or BPO operations.

Experience managing and improving KPIs, SLAs, governance frameworks, and service delivery performance.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $208,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
