Summary
We are seeking a Sign Installer / Production Assistant for our facility in Mississauga. This role is vital in ensuring the successful installation and production of signage that meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Working as part of a dynamic field and shop crew, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Installer and report directly to our Operations Manager, receiving top-tier mentorship and clear direction every day.

Responsibilities
- Install a variety of signs at client locations, ensuring safety and precision.
- Assist in the production process of signs, including cutting, assembling, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations.
- Support inventory management for signage materials.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sign installation or related field.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to sign installation.
- Prior experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
- Valid Ontario 'G' driver’s license with a clean driving record.
