This is not a basic labour position.
We’re looking for a Landscape Crew Leader who can handle real responsibility on commercial job sites. You’ll be involved in full-scale commercial landscape maintenance, landscape construction, from building retaining walls and hardscape features to installing softscape and operating equipment.

You’ll be trusted to:
- Run equipment (skid steer, excavator)
- Execute clean, accurate installs
- Work alongside experienced crews on structured job sites
We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, solves problems on-site, and wants to grow with a company that’s scaling.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
