Job description:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Solar and Energy Storage Sales person is responsible for driving new sales and supporting market expansion in the residential and commercial solar and energy storage sector. This role is well-suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and managing opportunities from lead to close.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Prospect and qualify residential and commercial solar and energy storage opportunities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess energy needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and financial options to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate records in Monday.com
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, and strategic partners.
- Support marketing initiatives including website content, SEO, digital campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
- Assist with lead generation strategies, market outreach, and brand visibility efforts.
- Support long-term client relationships, referrals, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, design and installation.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in marketing, digital outreach, or brand development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
