Aesthetician
Pushpa’s Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetician or Laser Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, results-driven treatments, and providing an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments safely and effectively according to established protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans and explain treatment procedures, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and post-treatment care items to enhance client results
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and any adverse reactions or concerns
- Follow all safety procedures related to laser operation, including proper use of protective gear
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and skincare treatments through ongoing training
- Provide facials, microneedling and other aesthetic treatments
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Experience or knowledge in body waxing, skincare, or related aesthetic treatments is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of laser or aesthetics experience
- Certification in Laser and/or Medical Aesthetics
- Strong knowledge of skincare and treatment protocols
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Must live in the GTA and be actively working in the field
- Retail sales experience to confidently recommend treatment packages and products that complement treatments and meet client needs
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
