Keys to this roll:
- Contact with customers and help at the parts & service counter with all their needs.
- Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication.
- Providing customers with a personalized parts & service experience.
- Ordering and stocking parts and accessories.
- Understand customer needs and follow to completion.
- Provide knowledgeable advice regarding vehicle products.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Answering phones and assisting mechanics with parts.
- Commitment to personal development.
- Strong passion for powersports is an asset.
- knowledge in Lightspeed & BRP product is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Basic office duties.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Pay based on experienced.
- Alternating weekends.
