Overview
We are seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and facility environments. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming space for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to facilities maintenance. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not required; training will be available for new team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads as needed
