Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients, book appointments, and take payments
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Book-keeping - must know how to use Quickbooks online
- Bank Reconciliations
- Billing: Insurance Companies, Autism, School Districts, Work BC, Work Safe
- Compiling information and creating various spreadsheets
- Various administrative tasks
- Work with the property manager and resolve any onsite operational issues
- Help staff and subcontractors with daily needs and help to resolve any issues at hand
- Onboard new Staff
- Manage day to day in house operations and run reports and action items
Position is flexible in hours ranging from 30 - 40 hours per week. If there was an emergency sick call as the manager a condition of this job offer would be that you would have to go into the office and open/close the office if no other administrative staff was availble.
Position does entail in the office face to face employee and client interaction.
Strong administrative skills, previous medical office or paralegal experience preferred.
Rate of pay and company incentives are negotiable.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
