JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operate and maintain MODEL 336G18C "Wide Pro Series" CNC ROUTER
- Read and interpret blueprints and program CNC machine to suit.
- Load materials, set up tooling, and adjust machine settings for precise cuts.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC routers in a woodworking or cabinet-making environment.
- Proficiency with CNC programming software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cabinet-making processes.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment
