Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cultivation Tasks (Harvesting, Planting, Foliage Thinning)
- Sanitation and general cleaning duties
- Assisting with some processing tasks (Trimming, Packaging)
- Potential opportunity to assist in a tissue culture lab
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detailed-oriented environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Accountability, and initiative
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Prior experience in cannabis cultivation or processing is an asset
