Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry and Serving Associate to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of linens, uniforms, and guest areas, ensuring a high standard of service and comfort for our guests. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel experience, laundry skills, and cleaning expertise are highly valued for this position.
Responsibilities
- Operate laundry equipment efficiently to clean linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles.
- Ensure all laundry is sorted, washed, dried, folded, and stored properly according to established standards.
- Assist with serving duties during events or meal periods as needed, including setting tables and delivering food or beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, service stations, and laundry facilities to uphold hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies and ensure all linens and service items are readily available for staff and guests.
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and laundry machinery.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests and team members at all times.
Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with laundry operations or cleaning services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
