In-Office Phone Fundraiser – $19–$24/hr | Full-Time | Toronto Office (Spadina & Dundas)
At Public Outreach, we partner with humanitarian, environmental, and civil rights organizations that are working to create real change in the world. In this role, you’ll use your communication skills and passion for social causes to inspire supporters and help charities secure the funding they need to continue their work!
What You’ll Do

Speak with supporters who are already passionate about social causes

Inspire people to become long-term donors

No cold calling, the people you speak with are already familiar with the charities we represent

Use empathy, storytelling, and persuasion to support vital charity work

Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development

Compensation

Salary-based position (no commission)

$19–$24/hour

Starting rate: $19/hour

Requirements

Able to reliably commute to our downtown office near Dundas & Spadina for each shift

Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week (up to 40 hours)
