We are looking for a Student groundskeeping person for the 2026 season. This Summer Student position is ideal for students seeking outdoor work experience in groundskeeping and general property upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn and campsite maintenance (mowing, trimming, basic landscaping)
- Firewood splitting and delivery
- Garbage, recycling, and compost collection
- Swimming pool maintenance (training provided)
- Assist with basic repairs and general grounds maintenance
- Support seasonal projects and daily operations
- Operate tools and equipment safely (training provided)
Qualifications
- Must be a post-secondary student returning to school in Fall 2026 (minimum one year completed)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour and lifting
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Friendly and outgoing; enjoys interacting with guests
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Experience with landscaping equipment, chainsaw, or carpentry is an asset
