Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full Time Registered Massage Therapist to join our team and take over a full-time client roster. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The position requires a valid registration with the CMTO and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health through therapeutic touch.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, prenatal, TMJ and other modalities.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance results.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to maintain CMTO registration.
Qualifications
- Valid and current massage therapy registration with CMTO
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns clearly.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
