About the job
The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact at Stiller Financial, handling phones, addressing client needs and coordinating the outcome of each interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills to handle account related tasks, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task and problem-solve independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Responsible for supporting clients and advisors with various applications, administrative duties, and customer service
- Represent the Stratford branch for all walk-ins
- Handle intake forms new clients and taxation
- Administer phone service requests and inquiries
- Support administrations staff with daily tasks and tickets
- Manage office specific needs such as ordering supplies and banking
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met, schedule meetings, and prepare appropriate reporting
About you
Post-secondary diploma in Administration or Business or a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service, administrative, or in a client services representative role
- Knowledge and experience in a financial services environment considered an asset
- Proficiency in contact center technology and best practices
- Expertise in commonly accepted office and administrative practices, processes and procedures
- Strong computer skills and knowledge
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including the public and to prepare/edit drafts
- Demonstrated time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills and abilities to prioritize multiple, often conflicting priorities
