Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Provide guests with accurate wait times and ensure a pleasant waiting experience
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold La Roca’s standards of service and hospitality
Requirements:
- Possess a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Availability to work weekends
- Knowledge of fine dining and wine is an asset
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
Additional Information:
- Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted
- Working hours: 4 PM to 10 PM, providing a late start and early finish
- Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
