Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join the growing team at Whitetail in Langley, BC. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who is an effective communicator and a creative problem solver with previous experience in a sales presentation centre or real estate environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day sales centre operations across our presale and rental projects.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the setup and day-to-day operations and administration of sales centres
- Assisting with project and phase launches as required
- Preparing all required project reports including weekly sales data reports, MLS reports, and other reporting as directed
- Coordinating and preparing project documentation including contracts, addenda, realtor commission forms, and any other documents as required
- Maintaining all sales-related files and deal files across Whitetail projects
- Assisting all sales team members with deposit reminder letters and follow-up communications
- Supporting realtor and buyer communications through email platforms and CRM tools
- Managing and maintaining sales centre keys, alarm codes, contact lists, and vendor contracts
- Weekend availability is required
- Upholding the highest ethical standards and representing Whitetail Homes with professionalism and pride
Skills & Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience at a sales presentation centre or in a real estate-related role
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage a substantial workload, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in SignNow and GoHighLevel is required
- Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
- A genuine interest in sales with a desire to grow and progress into a sales role
