The role
You’ll open doors. Working a focused list of target companies that you’ll research and build yourself, you’ll reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to people who’ve never heard of us, start conversations, and book discovery calls for our senior consultants — who take it from there. You won’t be expected to close deals or run those calls; your job is to start the conversation and fill the calendar. We’ll hand you a complete playbook, one clear pitch, the tools, and steady mentorship.
What you’ll do
- Research and build a list of the right people to contact, using AI tools to move quickly.
- Run a consistent, multi-touch outreach sequence across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Have short, friendly conversations with prospects and book discovery calls.
- Hand those calls off cleanly to our consultants, with the context they need.
- Keep everything organized and logged in our CRM (HubSpot).
What you’ll gain
- Direct mentorship from our Head of Operations and a senior consultant.
- A real, documented sales skill set you’ll carry for the rest of your career.
- Exposure to genuine client conversations and how consulting engagements come together.
- A close-knit, remote-friendly team that invests in you.
- Experience running and developing a sales playbook.

What we’re looking for
No sales experience or industry background required — we’ll teach you the rest. If you’re hungry for real, client-facing experience and not afraid to pick up the phone, this is a strong place to start.
- Coursework or interest in business, communications, HR, or organizational change.
- Resilience, above all. Cold outreach means hearing “no” often — we want someone who can let it slide off and make the next call.
- Personable and comfortable on the phone. You’re easy to talk to and don’t mind picking it up.
- A fast, coachable learner. You take feedback and act on it.
- Genuinely curious about business, people, and how organizations change.
- Comfortable using AI tools (or excited to learn) to work faster and smarter.
- Organized and self-motivated. You can run your own day.
Nice to have
- Any prior customer-facing experience — retail, service, fundraising, anything where you talked to strangers.
