Experienced Window & Door Service Technician/Delivery Driver

We are a leading Ontario-based window and door company seeking to immediately hire an experienced Window & Door Service Technician to join our Service Department.
This position is ideal for a knowledgeable, self-motivated professional who has extensive hands-on experience with the installation, operation, adjustment, and repair of residential windows and doors. If you take pride in diagnosing problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and working independently, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve warranty and service-related issues involving residential windows and doors.
- Communicate directly with homeowners throughout Ontario to discuss reported concerns and troubleshoot issues over the phone whenever possible.
- Schedule and manage your own service appointments and travel to customer homes to complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, replacements, and inspections while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Complete service documentation accurately and communicate repair findings with the Service Department.
- Deliver windows, doors, and related products to various company locations and job sites throughout Ontario as required.
- Represent the company professionally while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience installing and servicing residential windows and doors.
- Strong understanding of window and door installation methods, hardware, operating systems, weatherproofing, and adjustment procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, organize your schedule, and manage service calls efficiently.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry windows, doors, and related materials safely.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario, including occasional overnight travel when required.
