Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court proceedings, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with legal requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal documentation and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to designated recipients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all documents served and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and the public regarding the status of service requests.
- Conduct research to locate individuals for service when necessary.
- Prepare and file necessary documentation related to the service of process.
- Utilize strong writing skills to draft affidavits and other legal documents as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Organize and manage case files efficiently to ensure timely processing of all requests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks, including filing and document management.
- Proven analytical skills to assess situations and determine the best course of action for document delivery.
- Experience with legal drafting is a plus, showcasing an understanding of legal terminology and processes.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
