Job Brief
We are looking for a friendly, driven, Sales Associate for our privately owned dancewear boutique. A Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly and for all sales activities and job duties described below.
Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday at our NW Calgary location
Job Duties
- Greet customers and guide them in finding the right dancewear products.
- Maintain knowledge of merchandise and be able to explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Build relationships, take the time to really get to know people.
- Represent the brand/company at social and networking functions.
- Find and complete tasks to help keep the shop looking its best.
- Manage your time well, there’s always lots to do.
- Think creatively, we’re always looking for great ideas to make things better.
- Communication! Excellent, continual communication is key for our staff and clients.

Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge. Must be good with customers of all ages, particularly children.
