Nail Technician (Commission-Based) – Glo Salon

Glo Salon is growing, and we are looking to welcome a skilled, detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our team.
We are a well-established, fully booked luxury lash salon, and we are expanding into nails with the intention of delivering the same elevated, high-end experience our clients already know and love.
We are seeking a technician who offers at minimum: Gel-X, BIAB, Gel Manicures, Gel Extensions and can offer a variety of nail art.
Russian Manicures and Gel Forms are considered a strong asset.
Applicants must be proficient in English to ensure clear communication and an exceptional client experience.

This is a unique opportunity as we already have a large, loyal lash clientele, allowing for strong cross-promotion and the ability to build a nail clientele quickly.
You will be working at a brand-new custom nail station with large worktops and high-end equipment. We provide premium Ukrainian and Russian nail products, tools, and polishes.
This is a commission-based position and you will receive 100% of your tips.
Estimated monthly earnings range from $3,500 – $5,500 + depending on experience, booking level, and client retention.
We are ideally looking for someone full-time but are open to starting at 3-4 days per week while you build your clientele.
