The Front Desk Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and overall guest experience at our establishment. This position is responsible for working with our guest service team, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information.
- Ensure proper handling of phone systems and effective phone etiquette.
- Uphold campground policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and managing communications effectively.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent front desk operations knowledge, including check-in/check-out procedures.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
