Our dynamic Group of companies is seeking a Data Entry Clerk. The successful candidate will be a reliable, hardworking individual with experience in an office setting.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Compile and sort documents for data entry.
- Review and enter data information into the appropriate databases.
- Proactively verify data through source documents.
- Monitor and update existing data when required.
- Retrieve data for team members upon request.
- Maintain files in accordance with company procedure in hard copy and on in house computer system.
What you bring:
- Proven data entry work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data programs.
- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
