Senior Manager, Enterprise Projects
At the CRNA, we are committed to regulatory excellence and safeguarding the public interest. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Projects to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise-level projects and initiatives that support CRNA's strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Planning, Risk, Procurement & Projects, this role serves as a central point of coordination for enterprise projects across the organization.
The Senior Manager provides delivery oversight, performance tracking, and operational insight to support informed decision-making and successful implementation. The role also provides oversight of the learning and development function, ensuring organizational learning priorities align with workforce needs, change initiatives, and project delivery requirements.
What You Will Do
Enterprise Project Portfolio and Delivery
- Coordinate planning, sequencing, and prioritization of enterprise projects in alignment with approved organizational priorities.
- Lead the centralized project management function, serving as project manager on enterprise initiatives and providing oversight and direction to project managers within the portfolio or program of projects, ensuring consistent delivery standards, accountability, and alignment with approved objectives.
- Oversee project delivery, monitoring scope, timelines, financials, and risks across the portfolio.
- Assess resource availability and organizational capacity to support project prioritization and sequencing and recommend adjustments as demands shift.
- Provide leadership with clear, timely insight into project status, risks, and trade-offs.
Change and Implementation
- Ensure change and engagement considerations are integrated into enterprise projects.
- Support leaders in assessing change readiness and managing implementation impacts.
- Enable transitions from project delivery into operational ownership.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for enterprise initiatives.
- Prepare regular portfolio and project status reports for senior leadership.
- Promote auditability, consistency, and transparency across projects.
Learning and Development
- Ensure L&D priorities align with organizational strategy, workforce needs, and enterprise project requirements.
- Oversee organizational learning programs to ensure alignment with workforce needs and project delivery requirements.
What You Possess
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Designation or Certification required.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise project management or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Portfolio and Project Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and oversee multiple enterprise projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.
- Resource and Capacity Planning: Experience aligning people, funding, and operational capacity to project priorities, with the ability to identify pressures and recommend adjustments.
- Change and Implementation: Ability to integrate change and engagement considerations into project delivery and support smooth transitions from project to operations.
- Learning and Development: Experience providing direction to an L&D function, including oversight of program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Financial Oversight: Competency in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and escalating variances to support sound financial management.
- Communication and Influence: Clear, direct communicator with the ability to present complex information to varied audiences and build alignment across functions without direct authority.
- Adaptability and Judgment: Navigates shifting priorities, resolves competing demands, and exercises sound judgment in complex, fast-moving situations.
