Founded in 2000, Align Massage Therapy's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. Our therapists believe in providing comprehensive care to our clients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our clients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. Our team ranges from new in the field, to veterans with 20+ years of experience. We performed over 35,000 treatments last year alone, and need qualified, capable therapists to help us with the 40,000 treatments we are set to perform this year.
Our staff turnover is low and we continue to grow! We are currently seeking full and part-time therapists for our Sandy Hill location. Our clinics are very busy and average hundreds of new clients per month. A motivated RMT can build a practice very quickly. The ROT environment has created a huge demand for late afternoon/evening and weekend shifts and our well-established central location would fill any new schedule quickly
The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn from experienced colleagues and share their own wisdoms.

We provide everything needed to base your practice, including receptionists , online booking and charting (Jane), linen service, electric tables and successful marketing (radio ads, local media, Facebook, etc). Our goal has always been to provide a supportive environment for nurturing health professionals. We hire Health Professionals, not service workers.
What we don't have is crappy pay, micromangers and scary contracts.
