Because we build custom homes and renovations—and have our own in-house millwork shop—you'll gain experience that's difficult to find anywhere else. You'll see how exceptional homes come together from the first layout through the final finishing touches.
What You'll Do
- Assist experienced carpenters on custom residential projects.
- Learn structural and finish carpentry techniques.
- Help with layout, installations and site organization.
- Read plans and develop your construction knowledge.
- Maintain clean, safe and organized job sites.
- Develop the skills to become an exceptional carpenter.
What We're Looking For
- Registered apprentice or previous residential construction experience.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
- Pride in producing quality work.
- Respect for teammates, clients and job sites.
- A desire to build a long-term career in custom residential construction.
