Lowenberg Projects is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have knowledge as well as experience in overseeing construction projects. Ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards of our company.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Manage and lead construction crew on-site
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Qualifications
- Proven minimum 6 years experience in the construction industry
- Previous supervisor or management experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects
