Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse guest base
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and guest service protocols is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
