Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming appointments via phone or digital systems
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate POS systems accurately
- Promote salon and spa services, products, and special offers through upselling and product demos
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and retail displays
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information about services and scheduling inquiries
- Assist clients with product selection and provide basic product knowledge to enhance sales
- Manage client records with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient daily operations
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to engage clients positively
- Organizational skills to manage appointments, retail inventory, and administrative duties effectively
- Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Experience with POS systems, retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering preferred

- Technical sales experience, including product demos and upselling techniques, is advantageous
