We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively engage with diverse clients. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling, follow-up communications, and client onboarding
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to sales efforts
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and expanding existing accounts
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles preferred
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and inside sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable
- Strong marketing background or experience with telemarketing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Ability to effectively present complex products or services to diverse audiences
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
