Position: Driver/Receiver/Shipper
Overall Mission: To perform one’s duties in a diligent and conscientious manner holding high regard for Company principles, objectives and standards.

Reports to: Head Produce Buyer or Receiving Manager, when at the store

In order to fulfill your duties you are expected to:
- Ensure that Company principles, policies and store management directions are followed in your day to day work.
- Be punctual and present yourself in a neat and well-groomed manner every day and wear your uniform if you are required to do so.
- Take direction from Produce Buyer or Receiving Manager
- Drive to and from Ontario Food Terminal and other locations safely and within the speed limit.
- Ensure that merchandise is handled properly stored away and properly rotated to maintain freshness at all times.
- Receive load and unload all merchandise in and out of trucks in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Be sure to check all merchandise and invoices carefully before signing.
- Assist in taking produce inventory, help cleaning and tiding up the storage area and garbage room when required.
- Responsible to maintain the truck in a good safe mechanical condition at all times.
