A&W at our Main & Terminal location is seeking a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced 24-hour restaurant. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in high-volume operations and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining A&W operating standards
- Deliver an industry-leading guest experience, measured through brand and guest metrics
- Drive sales, profitability, and performance targets
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, cash handling, and company policies
- Manage and control key costs, including labour, food, and other controllables
- Coach, develop, and support the management team and crew
- Recruit, train, and build a high-performing team
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive work environment
- Support business planning and annual profit goals with the Franchisee and Area Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- Open availability (days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in a 24-hour operation
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
