What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in all daily restaurant operations
- Lead shifts while ensuring excellent guest service
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Schedule staff and assist with labour management
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and food cost control
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all food safety, health, and company standards are followed
- Help achieve sales, labour, and profitability targets
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants is preferred

Experience:
- Restaurant management or supervision: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
Pay: $16.90-$17.50 per hour
