Position Overview:
We are hiring a RestorFX Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing vehicles and applying our proprietary restoration products. No prior experience with RestorFX is required—we provide full training. Experience not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough vehicle preparation prior to product application
- Clean, decontaminate, and assess paint conditions
- Sanding and leveling of clear coat where required
- Masking and protecting trim, edges, and sensitive areas
- Apply RestorFX products according to company standards
- Monitor curing and ensure a high-quality finish
- Identify and correct imperfections during and after installation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
The Prep Process Includes:
- Washing and chemical decontamination of vehicle surfaces
- Mechanical decontamination (clay bar or similar methods)
- Paint correction prep including sanding and defect removal
- Careful masking of panels, trim, and edges
- Final surface inspection prior to installation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven process
- Comfortable working with hands and tools in a shop environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Automotive detailing or body shop experience is an asset (but not required)
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who enjoys working on vehicles, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated to develop a specialized skillset. This role is ideal for individuals coming from detailing, body shop, or general automotive backgrounds—or anyone eager to break into the industry.
