Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher & Painter to join our team. You will handle wall projects from bare studs to the final coat of paint. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering seamless mudding, flawless sanding, and crisp, clean paint lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Hang Drywall: Measure, cut, and secure drywall panels to wood or steel studs.
- Tape & Mud: Apply tape and multiple coats of compound to joints, holes, and corners.
- Sand & Prep: Sand surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready finish while maintaining dust control.
- Paint & Finish: Apply primer and final paint coats using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Site Care: Protect floors and furniture, and clean up workspace daily.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional drywalling and painting experience.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and stand for long hours.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license
- Safety: Working at Heights and Aerial Platforms is considered an asset.
