All – Risks Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent
Work Location: 1255 Ouellette Avenue, Windsor, Ontario, N8X 1J3
Pay: From $52,000 annually
What You Will Do:
· Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
· Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
· Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
· Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
· Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues
What You Bring:
· Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
· Minimum 1-2 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
· CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
