About Estia
Estia is a modern wellness club built around intentional movement, recovery, and community.
Our offerings include reformer Pilates, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and thoughtfully curated events designed to help members feel stronger, healthier, and more connected.
We're looking for instructors who care as much about people as they do about movement.
This role is for someone who wants to create an experience, not simply teach a workout.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and safe reformer Pilates classes
- Welcome members and create a positive studio atmosphere
- Provide modifications and progressions for varying abilities
- Learn member names and build relationships
- Support new clients through their first experience
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
- Collaborate with the Estia team on community-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Reformer Pilates certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Professional liability insurance (recommended)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles
- Experience teaching group fitness is considered an asset

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
