Willowbrae Academy Foothills is a high-performing childcare academy located in NW Calgary, and we are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and high-performing Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support the implementation of a high-quality early learning environment
- Plan and carry out developmentally appropriate experiences for children
- Implement a blended curriculum approach within the classroom
- Follow classroom routines, schedules, and transitions effectively
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Ensure health, safety, and allergy protocols are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and fellow educators
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional workplace culture
Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the Flight Curriculum Framework
- Ability to understand and implement a blended curriculum
- Knowledge of HighScope, Emergent, and Montessori-inspired practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences
Requirements
- Criminal Record Check dated within the last 6 months
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
