The Retail Chef Manager oversees the day-to-day operation for Retail components - inclusive of Franchise and proprietary concepts - on campus. This involves planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the operations. The Retail Chef Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a team of food service associates.
