What we are looking for:
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on each and every call.
- Must be familiar with all required PPE and be willing to work while wearing the appropriate safety items.
- Complete a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- No criminal convictions/police records/background check required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Must be punctual and dependable. Able to maintain company vehicle in a neat, clean and safe standard.
- Must be willing to work with little supervision and be available on rotating shifts as required, including weekends.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to comfortable lift up to 50Lbs.
- Must have the ability to drive extended distances to and from service calls.
- Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
- Must be able to install furnace, AC, tankless, HWT, humidifier and other heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Must be able to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
