We are a growing scaffolding and industrial services company seeking a hands-on Controller to help drive the next stage of our growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day financial operations and reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Oversee banking relationships, financing, and lender reporting
- Support operations with job costing, profitability analysis, and financial insights
- Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting visibility
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and administrative finance functions
- Partner closely with ownership on strategic and operational decision making
What We’re Looking For
- Controller or Finance Manager level experience
- Background in privately owned businesses ($10M–$100M revenue range preferred)
- Strong cash flow management and operational finance experience
- Experience in construction, industrial services, contracting, rental, or project-based industries is a strong asset
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with ownership, operations, field teams, banks, and suppliers
- CPA preferred but not required
