Administrative Assistant & Receptionist Job Description:
RN Privée is a rapidly growing company with a fast pace work environment. The full-time Administrative Assistant is the liaison between customers and the company, responsible for managing appointments and a team of mobile healthcare providers. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to use their experience, organizational skills, and judgement to plan and accomplish goals as well as deliver accurate and high quality work within a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all inquiries: answer phone and email inquiries
- Assist clients with making appointments
- Manage the schedule
- Provide clients information about services
- Provide price quotes to clients
- Manage and send invoices
- Manage the organization of the office
- Receive supply orders and update inventory
Required Qualifications:
- Experience supporting management teams in fast-paced companies
- Interest and passion in health care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills (via phone, email and in-person)
- Demonstrated professionalism and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable self-started with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail with meticulous organizational skills
Experience & Additional Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in Customer Service and/or Administration
- Fluently bilingual (English & French)
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, college diploma preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite software
