Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Asphalt Laborer to join our paving crew in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate has experience working on asphalt crews, is physically capable of handling the demands of the job, and works well in a team environment to help deliver quality finished projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with asphalt paving operations, including raking, shoveling, and cleanup
- Support paver, roller, and screed operations as directed
- Maintain clean edges, joints, and work areas
- Follow directions from foreman and work safely around equipment and traffic
- Perform general labor duties to support crew productivity
Qualifications & Experience

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Availability for night shift work as required
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
