Coordinator to help us keep raising the bar.
Compensation - $20-$25
The Key Responsibilities include,
- Inspect finished food-grade pouches for defects such as poor seals, misalignment, contamination, or print issues.
- Count and stack pouches according to job specifications and packing instructions.
- Pack pouches into cartons or cases following designated quantities and lot labeling requirements.
- Verify product information, job numbers, and label accuracy before boxing.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records (counts, defects, rework, etc.).
- Assist machine operators with line changeovers, roll changes, and material handling.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Ensure all finished pouches are handled to prevent damage or contamination.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area, removing scrap and debris regularly.
- Communicate any quality or equipment concerns to the operator or supervisor immediately.
- Support continuous improvement and safe work practices at all times.
