Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar & front area and equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor customer needs and promptly address any issues or requests
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending & food service preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Experience with food handling procedures
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
