How you'll make an impact

Prepare quarterly reports for internal Account Managers and external clients

Prepare accompanying analysis reports and cost saving alternative reports as required

Communicate effectively regarding report status and complete tasks on time

Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers when requiring additional data

Build rapport with clients and, as required, assist Account Managers with presenting report findings

Navigate Microsoft Access databases and process bi-weekly and monthly data imports

Prepare and assist clients with submitting mandated government and legislative report requirements]

Address any questions/concerns from team members, clients and suppliers

Research claim trend anomalies when requested by Account Managers and their support team

Gain understanding of internal database reporting systems and recommend processes/projects for efficiency
About you
-
Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university. A business related diploma would be an asset.

Practical understanding of benefits administration processes is considered an asset

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
